We collect the information needed to create and operate your account, such as an account identifier, display name, sign-in details supplied by the selected sign-in provider, tournament registrations, game results, rank, credit balance, purchase records, device and security information, and messages sent to support.
What this website does not use
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, behavioral profiles, marketing cookies, or third-party fonts. The browser game at play.spadestourneys.com loads Google’s sign-in script only so you can sign in with Google. Spades Tourneys does not sell personal information.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, seat players, run games and brackets, maintain rankings and credit balances, complete purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.
Payments
Purchases may be processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. Spades Tourneys receives transaction status and purchase identifiers, not full payment-card details.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that operate authentication, payments, hosting, security, and support functions; when required by law; or as part of a corporate transaction. Providers may use information only for the services they perform for Spades Tourneys.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as long as needed to operate the service and meet security, dispute, accounting, and legal requirements. You can delete your account yourself at any time; see Delete your account.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Spades Tourneys is not directed to children. Minimum-age and regional requirements will be enforced according to applicable law and app-store requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. When required, notice will also be provided in the app.
